EBRD: Business Advisory Service

EBRD's Business Advisory Service (BAS) was providing subsidised consultancy support to small and growing businesses in 18 transition countries in central and eastern Europe. I acted as a sub-contractor to Capital Representatives to undertake a detailed evaluation in six countries of which I focused on the performance in Montenegro and Latvia.
