Irwin Grayson Associates has been working in Nigeria since 2003 on a wide variety of assignments:
- Undertaking feasibility studies, writing proposals and business plans and providing capacity building for Abuja Enterprise Agency, 2004-2008
- World Bank Investment Climate Programme: review of public private dialogue in four states, in partnership with Brian Shaad Associates, 2007
- Coalitions for Change (C4C): drafting board consitution, 2007
- ENABLE: Regulatory reform, private sector advocacy and public private dialogue: capacity building; support for individual business member organisations, including Nigerian Employers' Consultative Association and Leather & Allied Products Association of Nigeria based in Kano; review and evaluation, 2009-2012
- SWARIP: Regional integration and private sector advocacy, 2010-2011
- Supporting the strategic thinking and business planning of the Convention on Business Integrity and assisting with turning the preparation of a toolkit to support businesses wishing to conform to the standard, 2003-2006
